The hotel was comfortable despite our 'non-smoking' request with large beds and extremely well air-conditioned. The service started off a bit reluctant but later adjusted well, especially for a healthy breakfast. The location is excellent for reaching Florence and major attractions, with some minor inconveniences at the basement area. The dining experience, while typical of the continent, live up to the Italian reputation with elaborate menus, but there were some shortcomings. The facilities are good overall but with a few minor issues.
